Specialist Training Courses (formerly Professional Training Solutions (PTS)) was formed in 2004 and was the brain child of Mark Humphreys.
Mark, a master tiler for 18 years, became one of the most sought after tilers in the UK. Mark is passionate about the tiling industry and pioneered the concept of short training courses. Initially, there were many critics who felt that it was impossible to train such a skill in such a short space of time!. Those critics have since been proved wrong and now fully acknowledge these short courses do work and change lives. They allow people to realise their life long dream of working for themselves.
Through Marks own experience he realised that in addition to providing training on the technicalities of tiling he also needed to include full business start up training during the two and four week courses.
