Can we visit the centre before making a decision?

Yes, you have A Personal Invitation from Mark Humphreys to visit any of our training centres unannounced. We operate an open house policy and actively encourage people to 'try before they buy'. Visiting one of our centres gives you the opportunity of discussing your needs with one of our trainers and also to chat to current students on the course. We also run FREE taster days (please call for details 0800 902 0664) As a thank you for taking the time out to pay us a visit we are pleased to offer you a 5% discount off the cost of a 2 or 4 week course.

I am planning to fly in to Stansted Airport, can I book in advance and how far are you from the airport?

You can book as far in advance as you require to enable you to get a cheap flight! Our Harlow centre is approx 15 minutes by car from the airport so flying is a very viable option. We provide a free pick up and drop off service to and from the airport. We have also negotiated special rates with a number of local Bed & Breakfasts. Contact us now and we will be happy to send you a complete list. We have had students on the course as far away as Australia.

Do you teach under floor heating as part of the course?

Yes our 2 & 4 Week courses (and occasional specialist weekend courses) will also show you how to install backing board and under floor heating system.

Do I need to bring any equipment / tools?

No just turn up with suitable clothing, we will supply all the tools, equipment and tiles that you will require for the course.

Can we buy tools at the training centres?

Yes we sell a wide range of tools all of which are competively priced. You will use brand new tools when you strat your course and we give you the option to purchase these tools should you wish to once you've finished the course.

What happens if I need help after the course?

Don't worry - We are always here to help! You will be given a list of mobile numbers to call if you get stuck on a technical or business question. You are also welcome to come back and sit through another business start-up presentation.
